A Digital Poster making competition was Orgnised by Steel Club of Civil Engineering at Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology on 15thAugust 2020 on Themes“Women Empowerment, Save girl Child ,Digital India and make in India”more then 30 students from different Engineering Streams participated in the competition The students displayed the best of their executive side and were Actively involved in the activity.
Er Rajnish Magotra Hod civil Engineering welcomed all the participants from the varies branches of the institution.The Agenda behind the activity was to Create awareness among the student, regarding important issues on A suspicious day of Independence, The basic objective of Conducting such events are to keep our students busy and provide best platform to showcase their talents and ideas. During this competition Students exhibited on posters that our country can become self dependence and keep our Country free from such issues like Women Empowerment, Save Girl child and to make our county digitized.
Dr (Prof) A.K.Srivastava appreciated the efforts of civil engineering department for taking initiative in organising this event, Which is highly fruitful and successful.He Also thanked the participants for sharing knowledge and innovative ideas and utilizing their valuable time during the Pandemic Covid-19.
The Esteemed chairman of JGEI Er.Vidhi Singh Jamwal and managing director Er.Renu Bangroo congratulated the winners of the events and appreciated the efforts of civil engineering department for conducting various programmes for the students so that they become global leaders.
1st position was shared by Faizan Malik(Civil Engg) & YahyaElyas(MechEngg) second position was bagged by Nadeem Anjum(MechEngg) and 3rd position was bagged by Mohd Arif(Civil Engg).
