YCET organizes workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career Opportunity”.
The Civil Engineering Department of Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology under it’s Institution’s Innovation Council Cell, organizes a workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career Opportunity” on 6th Nov. 2020. The objective of this program is that the students acquire necessary knowledge and skills required for organizing and carrying out entrepreneurial activities and to develop the ability of analyzing and understanding business situations in which entrepreneurs act and master the knowledge necessary to plan entrepreneurial activities.
The workshop has been conducted in two sessions, 1st by Dr Vinod Kumar, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI, Udhampur and 2nd session was addressed by Mr Anil Mankotia ( Prop. ), S. R. Industries. In this workshop final year students from Civil Engineering & Mechanical Engineering were present. This workshop provided a platform on the various challenges and possible remedies which will benefit and bring a positive transformation among the future entrepreneurs. Dr Vinod Kumar and Mr Anil Mankotia laid emphasis to set a goal and advised to become a job creator than to become a job seeker.
